Ms. Beavens’ areas of specialty include Bankruptcy, Family Law and Personal Injury.  Prior to joining Burns, Bryant, Cox, Rockefeller & Durkin, P.A., she practiced law in Florida, focusing on Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights and Business Law and Litigation.

She is a member of the State Bars of New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Florida, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Ms. Beavens received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law (cum laude) and her B.A. from Ursinus College.

Personal:

Ms. Beavens relocated to the Seacoast Area in August 2006 after residing in St. Petersburg, Florida for nine years.  She enjoys working on her home, traveling and hanging out with her Boxer, Hershey.
